"This was a typical small Tokyo hotel room however we appreciated the dedicated room WiFi and the dedicated cast ability to the TV. It is located in a great area in Asakusa. The hotel was very clean and felt very safe. The only downside was the laundry. Trying to do a load took 4 1/2 hours and was still wet. Definitely not made for heavy items like jeans and sweaters. So if you’re planing on washing through the trip maybe wash smaller loads every day."

"Location is great. Walking distance to metro. There is a nearby shopping mall and the area has plenty of food options. The hotel is clean and nice. The staff went above and beyond helped me with billing issue due to error from my side. Great place to stay. "

Otherwise, the employees were very helpful, and the self-storage area was greatly appreciated. The area was perfect, with many dining options nearby. "
