Loved the welcome at reception that offered us a free bus to the airport and made sure we felt good about our stay. Room was amazing, largest we stayed in during our visit in Japan. "Our room was really nice. Double sinks, heated toilet seat. And it was so close to Universal City Walk. I think the only thing I would critique are the elevators. The walls were run down and the lights inside were constantly changing to the point where I would get dizzy. Other than that, it was very easy and convenient with lovely views of the water."
