"Property is within a private road, with very limited access to visitors. There are a couple of visitors' parking spaces, but those were occupied when I arrived, so I had to park in the nearby public car park. This was free after 6pm, but I had to leave before 9am the next morning to avoid being charged for parking. Other than that, my stay was fine - room was clean and comfortable, and shared bathroom was not an issue, as I think I was the only guest that night."
"The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.
The onsite pub was lovely, quiet, great food options. All the staff were fantastic very friendly. I would definitely stay again.
Due to the nature of the building the water can be hit and miss and take a while to get right. No real issue at all though."
"Amazing location and i ha e to say david service standards are exceptional ......thank you to everyone who looked after us see you all again soon 🙏🙏😁😁👍👍"
"The place is very tired and a great deal of refurbishment is required - rotten window frames, paint in poor condition. Parking is limited. The hotel is noisy as is the area.
The room wasn't serviced in the 2 days I was there.
I wouldn't go back and would rather pay a little more elsewhere."

The Watermill Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely stay, staff friendly and welcoming. Good knowledge of area and gave good advice on local walks. 10% off voucher given for pub across the road, which was excellent, and breakfast was lovely.
Nothing too much trouble for staff and even had our case taken to our room (first time in a long time). "
"Terrific flat for two people. Clean, new, and comfortable. A/C, dishwasher, two in one washer/dryer and within 3 min walking distance to M&S, multiple barber shops, convenience stores, pubs, and restaurants. Parking is tight, so a small car is a must or be prepared to park elsewhere. Traffic on high street isn’t too loud but can be heard from time to time. "
