"I booked a Deluxe cabin for 2. Got a pleasent surprise during the check-in as they provided an upgraded Premium cabin to me. The entire process from check-in to checkout including the to and fro transfer to the Cruise and the excursions was hassle free and nicely managed. The entire staff was very courteous and was able to help us out whenever needed. "The ship is definitely older but functional. Friendly staff and helpful. Bring water as they charge for it through the cruise (all beverages are for sale). They need to improve their timetable as all boats are trying to do the same activities at the same time leading to the sites being extremely crowded (the second morning the sites were empty!). Overall worth it but if I was to go again, I would do a longer cruise or a day cruise."
