"This is a beautiful villa with extremely nice hosts who left a delicious Moussaka on the first evening. Its perfect for two families , there is plenty of space both inside and outside with the grounds being particularly nice. The pool is great , we had it heated as it was at the end of the season. You probably need a car as its little remote but there are mini markets nearby. We used both the pizza oven and bbq which were really nice evenings. I would highly recommend this villa We used"

"I cannot impress upon people how idillic this villa is. It is set near a very small village with peaceful, beautiful surroundings. The villa itself has all the amenities one would require, and the inside is is fabulous condition. There was a maid service twice a week and she did a marvelous job keeping the 5 star villa clean and today. Highly recommend this place for anyone planning a holiday to Crete. "

"First of all, the villa was just beautiful, clean and perfect for our large group of friends and young kids. It had everything, very comfortable, clean and was perfect for the kids (aged 3 to 7 months old). Second, our host Mano - WHAT A HOST!!! He made the trip even better, he really looked after us and was so accommodating and helpful. I couldn't recommend him and his Villa more!! I am defo coming back next year!! Thanks Mano!! "

"We spent a month hee. Well equipped and clean house. I would recommend this villa as it has everything you need for a great stay . The pool area and outdoor space is great. My only complaint is that the BBQ looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time so we couldn’t use it. We had an amazing stay and plan to return next year."

"Everything about this villa was perfect. Location not far from the beaches and Rethymno, but remote in the hills, peaceful and idyllic. Vagilis and Pavlos were wonderful hosts, super-attentive and friendly, always responsive to any requests. "the villa was clean and tidy, the layout is good with one bedroom on the ground floor. nice roof terrace. great sea views from the bedroon balcony. pool was a good size shared with 4 other villas but hardly anyone used it so like your own pool you need a car but the main town is a ten minute drive with some nice tavernas. recommended a few trips to rethymno just a 20 min drive but the old town is brilliant. definitely will use this villa again."

The owners of the home were very nice and welcoming! Katrina even gifted us a few of her pictures which she painted. There are three tavernas within walking distance. They were also awesome! "Beautiful villa, very well equipped with a very welcoming host, the host even met us half an hour away from the villa, in the middle of the night, to ensure we arrived safely. We were also greeted with a prepared meal and all important essentials, milk, water etc.. The villa was cleaned twice a week with the towels and linen changed. "I’ve just returned from an amazing stay at Villa Emma. The property is spacious and well furnished with a really nice pool. I would really recommend having a car while you are there. The “walkable” beach is a pebble beach and not that great for swimming. Episkopi beach is much nicer but is a drive away. "Amazing would be the word to sum up this property. The villa we stayed in was set in a tranquil setting amongst olive trees. The family who own the villa are lovely, can't do enough for you and were there to greet us when we arrived. "The villa was immacualte and in a beautiful location. Overlooking the coast line with a spacious yard and private pool made it a proper place to escape to but with Rethimno only 10 mins drive away. You'll need a hire car to access the property but the road is easy despite being narrow. Only remote downside was the little farm across the driveway has a peacock and roosters so dont expect a sleep in!"

"We can’t thank George and his mother enough for making our stay in Crete more perfect. It is a beautiful villa, tranquil and relaxing and perfectly situated for exploring Crete. "Aside from one of the ground floor apts the accommodation was very clean, the location is very poor if you have children, one of the feral cats that freely roam the premises attacked the youngest of our party who was 2yrs old, this meant we couldn’t stay beyond the one night, we moved closer to town for the rest of our stay, the overall feeling was if you could pick up the Villa and drop it somewhere nicer it would be perfect"
