It’s really good hotel just only wish they have bigger bathrooms.

Beyond impressed with my stay here. The staff went above and beyond and everything was within walking distance. Would stay again.

Not too far away from the train station, like 5-7min walk. A few 7-11 and family mart down the hotel. Brand new hotel and everything is clean.

Great place to approach to Universal Studio Japan! Very walkable and accessible location to many shops in Citywalk. But very quiet inside. Place was pretty specious for two kids two adults family.

Hotel is nice. I didn’t like that the checkin was on the 22 floor and the rooms are on a different elevator. From the subway there is a hidden elevator in the back of lawsons store . No signs but it takes you to the first floor which takes you to the lobby on the first floor. Yale another elevator to the 22 floor. If you have luggage coming from the subway. Airport bus entrance is from the sidewalk on the first floor. I like that reception is large snd storage for luggage is easy on the last day. Front desk all speak english and are very nice. Didn’t try restaurants but namba walk in the subway has so many places to eat although most places open at 9 am. Starbucks in basement opens at 7am. Namba station gives you access to any where.
