Brigantine is a quiet island and a very family friendly destination that also offers the fun of Atlantic City just a short drive away!

There’s plenty to see and do in the scenic Atlantic county town on the South Jersey shore with many miles of coastline just minutes from Atlantic City, less than 1 hour from Philadelphia, and less than 2 hours from New York City.

BEACH TAGS
Beach tags are required between Memorial Day-Labor Day. You may purchase them at the Brigantine Community Center or with cash on the beach from the tag
checkers.

We have a Smart TV in the living room. You will be able to log into the applications like Netflix with your own credentials.
We do not have cable.

PARKING

Trash day is Wednesday.
Multiple trash cans are located behind the building. There is a regular trash can and recycling can in the kitchen.

Noise level:
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.

If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.

After which time they will be donated at management discretion.
*Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time.

Nice quiet spot on the island
This was a perfect landing spot for our family of 5. The kids loved being so close to the beach! We enjoyed checking out lookout park and had a yummy breakfast at pirates den. It’s just a 5 minute drive to more restaurants and shopping. We stopped at Aunt Bs for ice cream on our way out
