Compared with a local competitor that I stayed at recently, Tyrian is leaps and bounds ahead in all of the areas: cleanliness, staff helpfulness, grocery right next door, totally equipped and clean kitchen. Excellent quality washing machine and dryer. Very spacious. I was very grateful for a complimentary upgrade on arrival. A lovely surprise but I was already so happy with all of the high standards including secure underground car parking. Staff are exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful.

A great location surrounded by restaurants and night life. The two bedroom apartment was much larger than we anticipated, with comfortable beds and new furnishings, plenty of room for all of us. Close to tram stops and only a short distance to the city. We would definitely stay here again.

Tyrian Fitzroy has everything you need to have a great stay in Melbourne, particularly if you are looking to self cater. The kitchen is set up extremely well with all the cookware and utensils you would need for meal prep and a bit more. Location is fantastic. It’s our go to place when we come home to Melbourne

Absolutely loved our stay at the Tyrion Service Apartments in Fitzroy. The staff were super accomodating in organising our room to be ready slightly early for check in so that our son could have his regular nap time. Very clean, very professional, excellent room. We’ll be staying here again.
