The room keys didnt work when we arrived, but the staff sorted it out quickly and were amazing to deal with. The night lights in the room are quite bright and are unable to be turned off. Overall was happy with the service after a few hickups but would stay here again. "

"Central location. 10 walk to the harbor. Valet car parking for a daily fee ($NZ55). Breakfast quality and selection was average (had better at other Rydges hotels). Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, safe and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. "
