"When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. "

"This is my second time at Ardoe and I just love it there. You can’t get more picturesque, unique or enjoyable than staying in a small castle. "The Chester is perfect. It is ideally located for visiting Aberdeen and for the theatres , shops and nightlife with plenty onsite parking.
The rooms are luxurious ,spacious and very quiet.
We have returned many times because it is always perfect and the staff are wonderful , friendly and ultra helpful. The staff truely set this exceptional hotel apart from the competition.
