"The hotel was nice and we would stay there again. I was shocked that a hotel in Austin, TX does not have a pool - I didn't bother to check because I assumed there would be one. Also, our room - 1304 - had a musty smell when you first walked in."

"The room was very clean upon arrival, and the beds were pretty comfortable. The water was lukewarm for most of the visit, though it was fixed by our last day there. Lots of restaurants and nightlife within easy walking distance. There wasn't a lot of road noise at night either. I didn't see any visible signs of mold or mildew in the room or hallways, though the smell in both had me wondering if the hotel was in the process of treating for one of those things. "

"I was in Austin for a conference and this hotel was about a 10 minute walk to the convention center. All of the staff I interacted with were lovely and very helpful. The held onto my bag for me as I had an early arrival. The room was large and clean. A few minor things could have been fixed like a wonky roller blind but it wasn’t anything that affected my use of the facilities. The shower pressure was amazing! Also they had a pretty good breakfast with lots to choose from."

"It is a beautiful hotel, great staff. I believe the Expedia listing listed views, the windows are understandably difficult but quite dirty, don’t pay for a view. Also there’s a hidden incidental “destination” daily charge on top of the room fee which seemed excessive for a hotel"
