"We had a number of extended family members come into the area, and this house worked great for us! We really appreciated how so many of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms, and the common area served us all well. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied, and the pool was very nice. It's true that at first we were a little nervous about what felt like a lot of rules, but in the end none of that took away from us having a fun and relaxing time together!"

Some amenities that were missing are air conditioning and a gym. These two amenities were reasons why this property was selected and booked. There is a box and circular fans available. The property manager is responsive to questions, inquiries and providing item(s) that were not present after checking in. "

"The house is in a fantastic location! Very nice, safe area. Quiet, beautiful property and great communication with the owner/property manager. House is a little dated, but the price is right and I really think you can't beat this location if you want to bring your family to Universal Studios. Would definitely stay again!!"
