We got to know that the hotel property was under new management. We confirmed that when we checked-in. The service was very good. Checking-in was pleasant. The counter was never out of staff who you can always ask. Once you are in you will notice the people are all efficient in what they do. The service is noticably very good to outstanding. The room smells pleasant. You will feel the room is clean that is complete with towels, tissues, shampoos, hair conditioner, soap and hair dryer. The closet has enough hangers for your jackets and clothes. The hotel people assured that parking is safe. It is trully safe. They have security gate for it. Its just an easy validation with the staff coming in. You will sleep good not worrying if your car is getting broken in. In the morning breakfast is on time. They are all fresh and hot. There is an attending staff. She is very prompt and courteous. Credits also to the chef. They have good food in the restaurant. In the evening they heat your food if you do not have microwave in your room. They do give extra mile of customer service. The hotel has fridge and coffee brewer in the room. The air conditioner and heater is functioning just the way you want it. The hotel are still undergoing some improvements. But we have no complaints. All in all from 1 to 5, where 5 being the highest. The rate is 5 stars.

I paid $17 for early check in & the room I was given was outdated. The bathtub clogged after a shower, rug was wet, and batteries to non working remote control had acid. I understand you pay what you get but this room should’ve never been given to a guest. To top it off I was given a change of room in which the water in the bathtub drained SLOWLY; therefore given another room change. My son & I were told by the quality manager that we would get vouchers to their restaurant for a steak dinner for the inconvenience which we never received. Save yourself the unpleasant experience & pay alittle more for quality.

Great hotel good food with fair price but had a power failure and they did not have generator and had to leave the property to another hotel in the dark. They refunded the money but a hotel like that suppose to have a power generator for an emergency.

Expedias fault! I’m sure the hotel is fine. I contacted Expedia to change the date of my reservation. The AI or person helping me said that she couldn’t do my request and that she would have give to someone else. Or would I like her to just cancel. I said yes please cancel and she didn’t do it.

It was most definitely the best experience I've ever had staying at a hotel. The front desk attendant Rosie is so amazing. She is the nicest and most helpful person i've ever met at a Hotel!

The staff is friendly and welcoming. However, the property really needs a little TLC. A coat of paint and making sure the drawers and doors close properly. Also, the TV service (channel availability) is terrible.
