"The Itsy by Treebo is barely a hotel. It has the sense of a building under construction, in a part of the city under construction as well. Amenities are barebone and the staff barely speaks English. I was also particularly annoyed because while I was napping the staff barged into my room to install a new TV. That was completely unacceptable as I said I did not want them in the room, and they did it anyways. I would absolutely not stay here again."

"I returned to the Santa Maria Boutique by the Sea a few days prior to my flight from Trivandrum international airport. It's such a pleasant stay, right on the beach with the sound of the surf always in the background, and soft breezes blowing off the Indian Ocean. The food is wonderful, and the owners and staff make you feel right at home. The ride to Trivandrum airport was literally only a few minutes, a very pleasant and unhurried experience. I definitely look forward to returning when I visit...

"We had a wonderful stay. The facility was beautiful, nicely furnished and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us with our bags, arranged a ride to a restaurant for us, and gave us a ride to the airport in the morning. It's super close to the airport which is very convenient. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to the sound of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!"
