"This is a scam! Reviews and people operating this hotel are using the apartment property to boast their reviews. The hotel is a rip off under no real management. The maintenance does not get done and people will go in your room even if you have the “do not disturb” sign on. There are too many things to list on here that are below satisfactory! "Incredible! The staff were the best we've experienced so far in Asia. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The room was amazing. Also this is the only hotel so far that are doing their best to reduce single use plastic. A big thumbs up from us! Breakfast was fresh, tasty with lots of choice.
