There are 2 BEDROOMS upstairs - the master bedroom features a king-sized bed and the second bedroom contains a queen bed. The little ones, or extra visitors, can be accommodated on the double pull-out sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor.

Get ready for your day in the 2 BATHROOMS, one of which features a shower only. Both are spacious and modern, and we've got you covered with FREE toiletries and towels!

Enjoy the open-concept LIVING AREA, with natural wood and stone touches. There is a comfortable sofa, a 47" LCD TV, and a beautiful stone-fronted wood-burning fireplace.

The full and modern KITCHEN provides everything you need to prepare your meals, including granite countertops, a dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, pots & pans, and utensils. Enjoy your meals together or share laughs at the grand dining table with seating.

Our guests enjoy access to a number of excellent amenities at Banff Rocky Mountain Resort, where this condo is conveniently located! Swim laps in the indoor pool before soaking in one of the TWO hot tubs available to you. If you're interested in bringing along your furry companion, please enquire with our team and we will be happy to try and accommodate you and your pet for a fee. During the summer, head to the tennis and squash courts on-site, or for our outdoor adventurers, step onto one of the many Tunnel Mountain hiking trails behind the property. Grab your bike (which can be stored on-site for no charge) and hop onto the well-known Legacy Trail into Banff or Canmore. In the winter, you'll love the complimentary outdoor parking, allowing you to head to the slopes of Sunshine, Lake Louise or Nakiska first thing in the morning.

At Alpha Bistro (just off the lobby), savor farm-fresh eggs, pancakes, and breakfast poutine for breakfast, and relish a variety of appetizers, burgers, pizza, and delightful entrees for either a full meal or a quick bite and drink. Don't miss The Meatball Pizza and Pasta restaurant on-site, with amazing desserts like Mount Assiniboine and Cheesecake.

Good place to stay.
We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was close enough to Banff that we could get into town within minutes. Our only thought was that the living area and dining area was really tight for four adults and would be cramped for six people. The host was quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. We would stay here again.

Pros: Located in Banff just a short 3km ride to downtown, shuttle service to and from downtown, and resort style amenities if you’re into that (pool, hot tub, tennis, pickleball, and squash, basketball, coin laundry, BBQs etc.). Cons: This listing was pretty misleading. The unit is in a resort complex and lacked some of the basic conforms from a vacation rental. They were out of fans so it was very hot the first few days (no AC, traveled in July). There wasn’t any communication from the host or resort throughout the stay. Check in was easy and the staff were accommodating but the room was initially wrong and we had to move spots. The kitchen had very little utensils and cookware so we ate out most of the time.

Great location and comfortable stay
My family and I loved the condo. It was a perfect location for visiting Banff. The beds were comfortable, and the condo had all my family needed. I reached out to the property because there is an issue with the gutters that will need fixed, or it will cause damage to the condo. It didn't impact our stay but wanted the owners to be aware.

Condo was pretty much as advertised. The living room furniture was not very comfortable and the queen bed could have been a bit better, but overall the condo was nice for a family of four. We enjoyed the complex and amenities and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time visiting Banff. Resort was nice and close to town. Cozy and family friendly condo. Resort staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was great, on time, and dropped us off downtown. Accommodations described in listing is accurate. One downfall was the WiFi service was weak and frustrating at times.

Good location and comfortable condo with great amenities.
We liked the location being just outside of downtown Banff. It's far enough away from downtown to avoid the crowds but close enough to get there in a few minutes. The have two hot tubs, an indoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court, onsite laundry facilities and hiking trails. The rooms are small but comfortable. The condo has an oven, microwave and full sized fridge. They have plenty of plates and utensils as well. Overall it was a great stay.

Not too much to say because we were only there one evening. But overall it was acceptable. Pool was an awesome temperature, at approximately 83 degrees celsius. The outdoor hot tub jets didn't work but sgain the temperature was nice. The inside hot tub jets worked and it was excellent.

Overall the condo was good for what we needed. The condo is bigger than it appears. My only complaints are below: 1. The cookware is severely limited. Don’t plan on cooking a full meal for a family. 2. The beds were pretty uncomfortable. They were hard and the bedding was very cheap. 3. The condo appeared clean but after looking closely there was dirt, hair and dust in every room.

We enjoyed having a two bedroom space with kitchen for our latest ski trip in Banff. The staff was responsive. The kitchen had the bare minimum to be functional. Everything was comfortable. The general locations (lobby, carpets, spa jets) could use a little more sprucing up. Overall Banff was lovely and we were glad to be there over Christmas week without breaking the bank.

When booking a place I was looking for something cozy and functional for my family. Upon arrival the staff at the front deck was friendly. Once we found our condo, the outside light was so dim we could barely see and we could not get the door to open, it would flash green but the handle would not go down enough to open. After trying for several attempts we finally made it in. After getting settling we slowly started noticing things that were very dirty. I highly doubt it was cleaned prior to our arrival. The 2 coffee tables were out of place, the carpet did not look vacuumed, there were cups rings on multiple surfaces including the bedside tables. The dishwasher looked like it was about to fall out. The few dishes there actually were, had food stuck on them. The fridge was GROSS. Upstairs in the bathroom there was an earing and garbage on the floor. In the middle of the night I could not get the heat to kick back on so I grabbed the spare blanket, once we woke up I noticed clumps of hair on it, in the night the sheets had shifted I also noticed there was a nasty brown mark on the duvet. We would have said something in the beginning but unfortunately it was things that kept being noticed throughout our stay. It was not at all a clean environment. Drawers in the bedside tables in the master would not close and they were SO unstable one fell on my daughter!!! Upon our check out I decided to write the booking agency and they did nothing!!! Not worth the price!!!!
