A little bit off the beaten path for most travellers to Phuket but well worth the trip, a beautiful quiet beach where you can get away from the usual hawkers of the main tourist beaches and gorgeous and clean! Surin Beach (the next bay south from Bang Tao) is also highly recommended, my personal fave on the island!!

Take a pram, everything is within walking distance. Mosquito spray is needed although not really that bad, we went in monsoon season. Soak up the sun and enjoy the pools, beaches and everything in between.
