9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (1002)
"This is a spectacular property, close to a large shopping center but far enough away that its not noisy. The facility has a beautiful pool, fitness and a spa that provided great thai massages. The staff were always friendly and the rooms are large, comfortable and had a lovely view of the city. I really appreciated the washer/dryer in the room as the humid temperature of Thailand had us making multiple clothing changes throughout the day. This is a wonderful hotel and I would highly...

"Hotel’s service was excellent. The view was spectacular. Besides, coziness in the room is great. However, balcony is not secured enough. There should be two chairs provided to sit in stead of just one. Overall it’s a great experience to stay in downtown. "

The staff was very welcoming, and the hotel is in a very accessible part of Bangkok central to everything. It sits above a mall and it has its own food court. Grand Diamond Suite

4.0 star property
7.0 out of 10, Good, (1000)
"This is my second time staying at Grand Diamond Suites. It's so much more vibrant in comparison to my 1st time there during 2022 Covid pandemic where there were not so many tourists yet and most of the shops on the ground level were vacant. The thing I wanted to see changes would be the pillows and mattress. They are simply too soft for me resulting in poor night's sleep throughout my entire stay. "
