Updated property with friendly staff, however our room was terrible. We paid more for a balcony room however the room we were given should not have been considered one as the baloney was unusable. It was on the second floor and backed directly onto another building with a wall full of fans and no natural light due to the height of the buildings. These fans, or the air conditioners next to us, were very loud during the night. The room was directly next to the kitchen which was also loud starting early morning as they prepped breakfast. The room was clean and modern but had an awful smell the entirety of our time there. Possibly due to the cleaning products they used. Our experience here may have been different if we had been assigned a different room, however I would not recommend it or stay again based on the room we were given.

We recieved a free " upgrade" . Sounds great. It stunk. Room 511. Directly across from the lifts where you can here people getting off . Worse was it was in front of building faci g street. Noise from cars and motorbikes all night. Stayed here before and was very happy. This was the worse room in bangkok.

Located near to public transport links and lots of shopping areas. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the MRT and the mall. Clean room with all the amenities required, great shower!

Hotel was great, room big and very clean, tv massive with Netflix if i had to complain about anything it would be the sauna was not working and its about a 10-15 walk to the Skytrain but they do have a shuttle so not a big problem, would definitely stay again.

This was our second time back on this trip checking in and room was ready at 12:30pm fortunately. This time was higher floor and service was great. The refund of incidental deposit was processed slow because the reception had to radio housekeeping in counting the in room mini bar. I would suggest putting a hold of refundable deposit on our credit card rather than cash which is what most of the hotels do. When you are in a hurry for airport shuttle, then the deposit cash can potentially not be refunded or forgetful.

It is a good location close to many restaurants and shops or shopping malls. It is about 15 minutes walk to MRT or hotel offers scheduled drop off and pick up shuttles from/to MRT or subway or shopping mall. The main attractions are a bit far away from the hotel but taxi or you know how to navigate the transit system would be helpful.
