"I was ungraded to a suite. Amazing. Spacious and clean in the heart of Bangkok. There is a complementary Fitness First gym on the 4th floor via a separate lift. As an upgraded lounge member I had access to the 31st floor for happy hour with snacks and complimentary breakfast. Also 2 free laundry items per day. An amazing stay with dedicated, friendly staff. Definitely 5/5 *****"

"We had an amazing time at chatrium riverside . The hotel is beautiful and well kept . The family room is beautiful and very spacious and great views . The staff is the best , very attentive! Wonderful with children . We met Manfred the general manager and he was exceptionally friendly, but we very helpful and we felt very welcomed and appreciated the fact that he was very warm and attentive. Simon in concierge was also helpful in communicating with the airport when we had an issue with our luggage. All in all we absolutely love the hotel! The location on the river, the ambiance, the food, the best staff,the room, the pool! It's just really all these factors that make a great hotell. Well done Manfred for setting a wonderful example to your staff who are passionate about providing great service! "

"Madly deeply in love with Banyan Tree. Amazing property and beautiful place. Very lovely people and I love the saffron restaurant. Amazing food and view. Breakfast is amazing and all special diets are being taking care of. I also liked the staff there. At the front desk there is a very sweet person called Annie.
