"Thank you so much Elaf Al Taqwa, I satyed in the Junior suite and it was fabulous. The view was divine, the space in the room was massive, everything I needed was there. The staff were amazing, even concierge and porters spoke excellent English and were very helpful. I could have booked hotels on the other side where there are more shop options and closer to the Women’s entry, but I am glad I booked this hotel which is closer to the Rawdah of the Prophet ASWS which I needed to be close to. Thanks, I have recommended to my travel agent in Australia. "

"I stayed at Zaha Taiba Hotel during my visit to Madinah, and it was a very comfortable and peaceful experience. The hotel is located about 20 minutes’ walk from Masjid al-Nabawi, but they conveniently offer a free shuttle service to and from the Haram, which makes getting there much easier, especially during prayer times. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything you need — air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, a mini fridge, and a kettle. Housekeeping was efficient, and the staff were very kind, respectful, and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights — a nice variety of fresh and tasty options, both local and international. It was a great way to start the day before heading out. The check-in process was smooth, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and pharmacies nearby. The hotel atmosphere felt calm and family-friendly, ideal for pilgrims seeking comfort at a reasonable price. Overall, Zaha Taiba Hotel offers great value, good service, and a relaxing stay in the blessed city of Madinah."

"I stayed at Saja Al Madinah during my trip for Umrah and had a pleasant experience. The location is great just a short walk around 4 minutes to the Prophet’s Mosque, which made it very convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and overall it was a good value for the price.
