"Very expensive considering that the internet in my room was extra slow, the water was cool and I had to take quick and the staff wasn't all that friendly. I informed them about the slow speed and was told that someone would bring a router to speed up the connection, which never happened. "

"Staff very helpful especially at reception and Mahmoud and his staff at breakfast buffet, with nice selection. Problem is the guests who waste so much food and neglect the sunnah of cleaning ones plate. About 10 minutes walk. I knew beforehand I had to give a deposit od 200 Ryals, they accepted £40 and I had no issues in getting my full deposit back."

"Unique place. There is no board outside making it a little difficult to find. Location is in a residential area which ia not very clean from outside but once you are inside, it is extremely clean and well kept. Worth the buck if you are in Madina for a quick stay."

"Check in is very time consuming. Room is very congested for the prices we paid. Towels were given upon request. Check out staff even did not bother to speak even and just waved hand to point the place where we should put our key. It was overpriced experience. We had better treatment in US for same amount. "
