We loved the Banks Peninsula and walked up the mountain (Purple Curry Track) 4 hour walk....well worth it because of the amazing view at top. So green contrasting with the bright yellow flower (broome and gorse) growing on the hillsides. The surrounding hills/mountains were gorgeous to look at with their green grass. Loved it all and would return to this area.
Went out to akaroa and had a very enjoyable day out there with the Family
