"I was pleasantly surprises when we arrived at the Mesa Best Western Superstition Spring Inn. We thought we were staying at the Best Western located at the same Superstition Mall property we had stayed at in the past. I was ready to not like this BW Inn but to my surprise our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Because I didn’t realize we were not familiar with this BW Inn I didn’t think to ask about elevators. So the only reason I didn’t give this location full stars for the outside...

"I have stayed here before and really appreciate the staff, cleanliness, and value. I do want to share, however, that our shower drain was clogged (room 312) and it's a super gross feeling when showering. I love that you offer breakfast, but when I tried to get breakfast, the coffee tasted horrible (is that the tap water?), there was water coming out of the orange juice dispenser, and there was no one around to attend to any of it. Despite how this review sounds, I really DO like this hotel!"
