"Great Indonesian hospitality. Nicely nestled in a quiet part of a bustling neighborhood. Walkable to the Water Parks, Food Street, Amusement Part, Factory Outlets, and Restaurants. Also not too far from BCS Mall and the Zoo. Rooms need a little touch up as they have weathered the test of time... We booked a 2 bedroom unit, the in-unit pool was great. Room Service is also faster than many other places. One thing that didn't go so well was the check-out. This took a long process as the chamber staff had to do an inventory of all the items... a resort that is branding itself as a more upmarket venue shouldn't still be doing this... however, I understand considering what type of guests the resort attracts. Complimentary breakfast daily; a la carte from Mon to Wed and Buffet from Thu to Fri. Will surely return!"

"Had a pleasant 2N stay at the hotel. The service from the front reception to bell boy is excellent. Was greeted by Mr Willy who is very friendly and patiently responded to my questions on my room request. Very pleased to note that my room was available before checkin time and my special request has been satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel for it's excellent service, great location and eco friendliness (no use of plastic and having recycling bins at all levels)."

"The hotel is located near the habour bay ferry terminal. We took grab to reach the hotel within few minutes. The rooms are clean and spacious. So nice that the hotel provides welcome drink at the lobby. "

"Service was very good and they have a seafood restaurant on the premises, which was really good. Rooms were generous in size and well equipped. Could have been better if rooms had a proper table with chairs at the balcony area. Breakfast could also be better."
