"The hotel was in a great location and the staff were really friendly. We parked at the Galleries car park which felt safe and secure. I’d mentioned when booking it was my husbands birthday and the team were great at making him feel special. We had a room upgrade to a top floor family room with great views of the city. They had done a lovely balloon and card for him and kindly left some delicious sweet treats and Prosecco for us! It truly made it feel so special. Thank you!! I did struggle a little with the constant low hum which I couldn’t work out the source of (maybe fans on the roof?) which did drive me nuts but I’m a light sleeper! Overall excellent! Thank you"

"Great hotel in the perfect location for a Bath city visit. Super friendly staff to help with anything and everything. Lovely spacious and clean room that was very quiet through our stay. All city highlights a stones throw from the hotel. 5 stars!"
