"This was the best hotel stay I've ever had in terms of service. I contacted the hotel to ask whether we could store our luggage before we checked in, as we didn't want to carry them all day around the towns in Lake Como. Francesca not only allowed us to store the bags in our room early, but also gave us the key as the room was ready by 9:30am. She even picked us up from the train station in Bellano and gave us a lift to the hotel! Manuela made us coffee before we set out for the day, and...

"Bella vacanza. Molto facili le procedure di prenotazione, check-in e checkout. Ottima vista panoramica sul lago e ottima la zona comune con la piscina. Da segnalare che la casa prende sole quasi tutto il giorno e può essere parecchio calda. Per il resto tutto ottimo. Consigliata!"
