"Property was large with plenty of room both in the house and in the yard, so very suitable for a family and for pet as well. Everything there for your use and great care package left. Hosts very amenable and happy to provide what is needed. Large pool especially good for kids. Would be happy to return at a later date. Reasonable price."

"The building is well sited adjacent to the National Park and exudes a sub tropical ambience. A rare and private setting. An interesting nature walk to the uniquely secluded and special Tallow Beach. Very relaxing and unwound to the extent we had trouble leaving PS Lyn was beyond helpful and very appreciated."

"Comfortable, good venue close to the beach and the shopping area.We were able to go for long walks every morning.We made use of a number of the many restaurants. Close to Byron Bay and other places of interest."

"Family of 11 stayed at property for Christmas period. Property was good for size family, good size bedrooms and 2 large living areas. The pool was a great asset and outdoor area was nice. However I feel that for the amount of money paid, simple things like the kitchen needed more utensils and cooking appliances. This was limited and basic. "Brilliant location. Unit was well equipped and comfortable. Unfortunately we could not gain access on our arrival nor get the agent to return our calls. She was under the impression we had received an email stating how we gain access but we never received that email nor any information on how to go about contacting her. On every other level we were happy to be there. Agent needs reviewing. "

"We had a reunion of 5 girlfriends from University. Byron Brae was the perfect venue. It is hard finding a place that accommodates 5 adults without someone sleeping in a bunk or sharing a bed! Byron Brae was the perfect find - 5 double/queen beds, 3 bathrooms and a gorgeous living area. The pool and cabana house were an added bonus. We will be back"
