Newly remodeled with lots of upgrades and new furnishings! This beautiful lakefront home is perfect for living the lakeside lifestyle! Located less than one mile to The Big Bear Village and a short drive to ski resorts. Close to National Forest hiking trails. This gorgeous two-story log cabin style home is filled with mountain charm and comes with central heating. It's the perfect family getaway on the water with large windows in the living room to enjoy the view.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1900+ sq ft home with living room, smart TV, ceiling fans, dining table, island with counter seating, beautiful river rock wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Downstairs third bedroom has a full/full bunk bed, and smart TV. Loft has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Loft with a ping pong table and foosball table. Smart TVs, Roku, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Enjoy beautiful open lake views from the large back deck. Enjoy the private hot tub, patio furniture, and gas barbecue. Enjoy glorious morning sunshine as you relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Boat dock available to enjoy all your favorite lake toys.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

Really enjoyed it there however no a/c and it was super hot when we got there. I must have missed that part in the property details. House was totally big enough for us all. Prime, waterfront location, spacious and cozy. Family oriented entertainment, 20 min walk from Pine Knot Ave (shops and restaurants). House keeping should have caught the blood/brown stain on the bedding. Maintenance had to fix shower doors (off track). Other than that, very nice place to stay.

It was a great place. I would just put specifications on heaters for which outlets to plug them in to. Also. Also the cabin needs a new vacuum. Also it would been nice to park in the garage.. all in all a great cabin thanks everyone was nice to deal with

Great stay!
Wonderful time given that the lake levels were so low. Since we had to spend more time in the house we noticed things like dusty walls and the cooking pans were torn up. Other than those small details, it really was quite comfy! The rental agency was immediate with our requests…very polite and responsive. I’d use this company again - but maybe she’ll out for a slightly nicer, slightly better located spot.
