 This recently remodeled mountain home is warm and inviting, especially suited for small groups or families. As you enter this home you are greeted by the open living area with its vaulted wood ceilings and vibrant mountain decor. This room also has a beautiful rock gas fireplace, a newly installed 60" TV, and comfortable sectional seating- the perfect place to spend your evenings together after a day on the slopes or at the lake. 
This open and airy kitchen flows wonderfully and keeps you a part of everything going on in the living area. There is an island bar with casual seating in addition to the dining room table which seats six. Fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and a classic coffee maker. There is also a washer and dryer available for use during your stay.
Step right out through the large french doors from the living room/dining room and breathe in the clean mountain air while enjoying the panoramic views from this secluded spot in the hot tub. The deck also has outside seating for enjoying a meal during the warmer months as well as a propane barbeque. 

This home's spacious game room has a large rock fireplace and mountain decor making this a warm and comfortable area for playing pool and entertaining. New felt and bumpers! It also features a new 55" flat screen TV, foosball table, and a set of Twin over Full Bunk Beds. There is plenty of room, so bring your own favorite games to enjoy as well!

This home features high speed wireless internet access. 
The master bedroom has a King size bed and its own private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a hall bathroom with the third bedroom which provides a queen and twin bed. Additionally, this home has a full sized pull out sofa and full size futon. There is a half bathroom on the main level and the 3rd bathroom is located in the gameroom.
This home is centrally located in upper Moonridge just a minute away from Bear Mountain Resort, the Moonridge Zoo, and golf course. You are only five minutes away from Snow Summit Resort, and only four miles from Big Bear Lake and the Village. You will really appreciate the peaceful and serene mountain setting of this home. As soon as you walk through the front door you'll immediately feel welcome and at home in the mountains!

Parking for three vehicles on a level driveway makes access easy in all kinds of weather.

Note: DO NOT MOVE THE POOL TABLE! IF YOU MOVE THE POOL TABLE, your full deposit will be forfeited and any amounts over that for additional repairs.

City of Big Bear Lake "Good Neighbor Policy"

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
