As you enter the home on the lower level you will be greeted by 3 bedrooms, all excellent options for people in your group to get a peaceful night sleep in the mountains! Comfort is king, so kick back, relax, and enjoy the newly installed air conditioning to help on those scorching summer days, or cozy up with heat and a fire on those frigid winter nights! Bedroom 1 has a King Size Bed furnished with cozy linens, enjoy watching your favorite show on your own Flat Screen TV, and as you drift off to sleep on warm summer nights enjoy the ceiling fan to keep you cool. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Size Bed, a window to the front yard, its own Flat Screen TV, and a ceiling fan as well as a closet to store your belongings during your stay. Bedroom 3 offers a Full Over Full bunk bed perfect for kiddos in your group. The Hallway bathroom on the lower level comes with a tub/shower combo and also a door directly to Bedroom 1 as well as the hallway.
As you make your way upstairs to the open concept living area, you will immediately feel the sense of a relaxing cabin retreat. The vaulted ceilings with real wood paneling and wood burning fireplace surrounded by comfy leather couches is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of mountain adventures! No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
