"This is the 2nd time that we have stayed here. We find all the staff very friendly and helpful even the grounds person was willing to show us around when we looked lost. The only negative was when arriving, they said they were taking $250 out until the end of the stay even though I had paid in full 2 months ago. I think it should be mentioned by email before the holiday so you can budget, as I normally budget for this holiday and taking that amount out, leaves me with not as much spending money as the money takes another 3 working days after you leave before I get it back. "
