"As the only place to stay within a decent budget and close to where I needed to be for work, this place was really decent. Everything was pretty clean - I think someone had left a used kleenex on the back of the door that housekeeping maybe forgot or just missed, but otherwise everything else was spotless. I was able to check in a little early also, with no problem. The only thing that was not great wasn't the property's problem. There was construction going on right next to the place that was...

"Very nicely updated modern apartment. It was quiet & felt safe especially with the double door code security. A blow dryer added would be nice! A bedside lamp would be a great addition for reading! My only concern was the old building smell inside. It was perfect for my stay & enjoyed walking down story street! Thank you!! "

"Spent the weekend riding the rails and tubing down the river. The house was a perfect location for these activities. Had 4 couples and the house was set up nice so we could all hang out and visit. Communication with the owner was easy when a question came up. If you’re looking for a place in Boone for a big group this house does the trick."
