"Jim and Cyndie were the best hosts we could have asked for. They were incredibly warm and welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay. The property itself is stunning, and there are many places to enjoy the wonderful views. The breakfast cooked for us in the morning was unbelievable, and again it was just lovely to enjoy time with the hosts and stay in such a beautiful area. We cannot recommend this stay more!!"

"The property was wonderful and in a semi-private location that made for a quiet and peaceful stay. Other than some minor difficulties with tv reception on the promoted channels all was good. Very clean, well supplied and centrally located which made our time in the Blue Ridge area most enjoyable. Thanks for a great stay!"

"The location was great. No issues with parking and the owner is very friendly and makes sure to inform you if you are unsure of anything. Very good price. Great shower head an outstanding water pressure. Can't recommend enough! Only bad part is that I was not able to go rafting but that was my own fault. Thank you Trevor!"

"The keys were not left out like they were supposed to be. Another group in a different cabin also did not have a key left out for them. Thankfully, a door was left unlocked so that we could get in (which is horribly unsafe). I tried to contact the host about the keys and never got a response. It was pretty bad all around. Wish I could get my money back. "

"This place is exactly what me and my cousins were looking for for a fun girls weekend! Ms. Vicki was so hospitable and sweet. She made us feel right at home and like family! The property is so secluded and fun to explore. There are so many cool things to find in the creek and the woods. It felt like a beautiful mountain oasis. It is just a short drive to all the shops in copper hill as well! We also loved being able to cook with everything that was provided and having a nice campsite breakfast...

"This beautiful, cozy cabin was perfect for our stay. Lovely location in front of a stream (you can see rainbow trout swimming), The only sounds are those of the stream's running water over the rocks below the cabin's balcony. If you are looking for peace and quiet then this will fit the bill, but you may need a 4WD vehicle to get to it! Note: there is no wi-fi, cell service, washer/drier or dishwasher. If you "need" those, look elsewhere. For us it was perfect."

"What’s not to like? This is a great property for some nature connection that I needed. The owner was very nice and helpful as I had never visited this area. The property is clean and well kept. I basically fished for several hours in the morning/early afternoon on the Hiwassee River and then sat on the front porch and watch deer and other wildlife on the property. "

"We were in town for a wedding at a local venue. This home was a great location, felt very safe and home is equipped. We enjoyed the amenities of the house with all the games, spa, sauna and fire pit. There was something for all and plenty of space without feeling like we were bumping into each other with every turn. Thank you for all the memories we were able to create with this beautiful. "My wife and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary in Blue Ridge, GA at the Magnolia Cottage. Everything on the listing as was as listed and it was perfect for 2 people. Warm days and cooler nights were just what we were wanting and being able to enjoy them at the Magnolia made for the perfect getaway. The host was awesome to work with and we will recommend the Magnolia to anyone everyone we can. "

Bowling Cottage At Carlotta Estates w/ Pool

Amazing experience

"We stayed at The Bowling Cottage for part of spring break. The cottage was absolutely gorgeous, had everything we needed for our stay, and was extremely clean. We enjoyed bowling and billiards at our leisure. Communication with the property manager was easy and clear, they are very responsive and helpful. The grounds are equally as impressive as the cottage. We enjoyed walking trails, the horses, and the beautiful buildings. The location was perfect as well. We felt secluded in the country but were able to easily be in town or a different location quickly. If we are ever back in the area, we’d definitely return!"
