"Fabulous location minutes from the city centre shops and local restaurants. On entry, reception desk location is easy to miss as its in a corner snd not easy to see from the entrance. We had to ask reception to increase the heating as we were unable to adjust within the room. Need to do a bit more work with housekeeping, dropped a ring on the floor and had to move th bed, which highlighted that the space underneath hadnt been cleaned in a while.
