"Very comfortable stay, had everything we needed & great location! The beds were amazingly comfortable which is very hard to find with our bad backs. Sue made sure we had all we needed with some yummy supplies on arrival down to the quality toilet paper (itā€™s the little things that count) šŸ˜‰ Our little toy poodle was very happy with the little fenced back yard & beautiful park to walk through just around the corner šŸ˜ We look forward to staying here again!"

"We found that we needed to wear thongs in the bathroom. The taps were mouldy and green in colour. The surfaces throughout were sticky and the walls were marked with dirty spots. The carpets had not been vacuumed. The wardrobe door would not open, so I was unable to hang my clothes or reach the iron to press them. The overall standard of cleanliness was below standard and a health issue. The toilet roll holder was disgusting with built up greasy grim, and the toilet paper was only one ply....

"Equivalent to Fawlty Towers but without the service or amentities. Depsite many request broken lighshades, blown light globes, broken drawer, broken cupbaord, 2 teaspoons inadequate supplies, broken shutters, no wifi and I could go own. Problems repeatedly reported with photos and no action in 14 days."

"Our booking was for Monday 1st May -Labour Day in Qld public holiday. The room given was located on level 1 with a view of the child care centre but fortunately it had not been cleaned so we were moved to level 6 which did have a view. False advertising if left in room on level 1. Toilet continuously running door to laundry broken. Managed by Airtrip who operate out of the UK. Deposit of $300 taken as payment not authorisation as with most operators in Aust. Had to pay International Processing...

"The check in process was rubbish. No Key in the safe box. Had to contact Host. They said key was dropped in safe at 1:20. Rubbish. Key wasn't dropped in until 3:30pm after our phone call.. cleaner came into our apartment halfway through the stay one morning without any knock on the door. Would not recommend booking through Stayz again."

"The location of this apartment is great, lovely view of the river from the balcony The verification process was a little troublesome but was sorted in time for our arrival although I had to call from the airport to hurry the process along The carpet was covered in stains, a little off putting, it looked like it needed a really good clean, there was also a musty smell when we arrived,other than than the apartment was clean, the furniture is a little old and worn but worked well for our needs "

"The property was not unsafe, where this company (who is not the hotel- it's a third party property) stores their keys is very unsafe. The Oaks hotel is fine but this company makes you go down a not well lit street and then down a completely not lit alley to get your key out of lockboxes. My first room stunk of BO and some really strong chemical so bad i had to change rooms so had to go back down that dark alley to get a new key. Would recommend booking directly with the oaks and not this...

"When we got there fridge wouldnot close because of so much ice...not defosted. Toilet leaked. Hand rail fell off wall. No towels in one room. I had to get onto air trip to organise for repairs. Had to take photos and send.. all the repairs took half our stay to complete. I had to defrost fridge In our room The staff at oaks helped us with towels even though it was not their responsibility. Plus I was not happy booking through stayz and then a 3rd party appeared. Wont be booking withstayz again."
