"If you are here for the shopping, great. Or if you want to see the uniqueness of a cenote in the Cotsco parking lot... (yes, there is a Cotsco right by the hotel, the hotel itself been inside a gigantic mall). The Mayan Museum is a great half day trip, walking distance. The hotel is far from the center, and rooms are super clean but outdated."

"Loved Merida. The food is the best in Mexico. The hotel is located a few blocks from Parque Santa Ana which is where you need to be for the cultural experience. The hotel food is just okay, so I recommend that you spend your time eating outside at the fantastic collection of cafes and restaurants. "

"Great location right on the malecón. Clean hotel. Only real complaint was the toilet seat was too small for the toilet. Handle for shower door was missing. Entry door jam could be more secure. I would stay there again despite those issues. Good valué & friendly service! "

It has its own kitchen set up, utensils, cookware, etc. It has a comfy, couch in living room area. A/C is powerful for hot days, yet plenty of hot water, for a relaxed shower!
