APARTMENT DESCRIPTION WITH 1 BEDROOM: up to 4 people: full kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double bedroom with queen bed, split air conditioning, bathroom. We have blankets and pillows in every room. WE HAVE A COLLECTIVE CLOTHING WASHER, suitable for 1 bedroom.
Parking for small and medium car, in front of the fit, closed with gate.

Excelente lugar para férias em família. Localizado a poucos metros da praia, em meio a vegetação nativa. Ótima infraestrutura, lugar tranquilo com instalações aconchegantes, na medida certa. Comércio local capaz de suprir eventuais necessidades. Proximidade e fácil acesso a exuberantes e lindas praias da região são outros pontos fortes. O atendimento por parte dos proprietários é sem comparação. Pessoas integras e extremamente cordiais, que nos traz a certeza de sempre querer voltar lá.

Excelente el departamento, en todos los aspectos, desde la limpieza absolutamente impecable, hasta tener pensado hasta el último detalle en el equipamiento del mismo, absolutamente completo. La ubicación del mismo es en un lugar hermoso, tiene una ubicación privilegiada en cuanto a naturaleza y distancia a la playa, a la cual se accede caminando, no son más de 60 metros al mar. No nos equivocamos al elegirlo.

El apartamento nos gustó muchisimo ya que era super comodo, muy completo en cuanto a utensilios y lavaropas, etc. muy cuidado ya que parecia nuevo. Ademas la atención de sus dueños es excelente, la ubicación también es excelente ya que esta a media cuadra de la playa. Lo recomiendo y lo tengo en cuenta para la proxima vez que viaje a Brasil.

A casa é toda novinha e próxima ao mar
As acomodações são muito boas, tudo muito limpo e equipada com vários utensílios domésticos. Os proprietários são muito atenciosos e caprichosos com o imóvel mantendo-o sempre em estado de novo. Ficamos hospededados do dia 05/01/2015 até dia 12/01/2015 o imóvel é novo como esta na foto os proprietários muitos atenciosos o preço é justo bem perto da praia e você foge daquele transito e agito de bombinhas sem contar que a vista é maravilhosa para montanhas cheias de vegetação um paraíso de paz esperamos voltar no próximo ano.

Excelente
Alquilar a la distancia mirando fotos e intercambiando mails no es tan facil. Sin embargo, la realidad de cuando llegamos supero totalmente las expectativas. El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, a 80 metros de la playa, una zona muy tranquila y familiar y esta practicamente nuevo. Lo encontramos limpio, el equipamiento en muy buen estado, la cama comoda, el aire acondicionado en el cuarto enfriaba bien y silencioso. Quizas los autos largos como el mio se complique un poco estacionar pero la propietaria esta al lado y muy servicial para brindar soluciones inmediatas y con buena onda. Ademas, me recuerda hace 20-25 años los balnearios en Uruguay donde se dejaba la puerta de la casa abierta y no pasaba nada... esto es muy parecido. Extrañamos las noches en el balcon escuchando algun pajarito y el ruido de fondo de las olas de playa. Algo que no sabia es que entre Navidad y Reyes, hay un muy intenso movimiento en todas las playas y por eso el trafico para salir de bombas es impresionante, pero la ubicacion del apartamento esta cerca de un par de supermercados con precios super razonables al igual que los restaurantes ... tampoco hay excusa para querer irse de la zona. Totalmente recomendable, ojala podamos volver !
