"Fantastic Hotel in KK! Staff were friendly, engaging and helpful. The front desk staff helped us organize a couple of great tours and transportation. The breakfast is a must, sooo good! We were apparently in the new/upgraded wing yet building fallong apart, dirty and water stopped working for period of time.
