"Lovely room and fantastic location! Helpful and friendly staff. Amazing food & bar. Spa facilities were fantastic. The bed was uncomfortable but we asked for a mattress topper and it was brought to our room almost instantly. The bathroom was average - water pressure and temperature wasn’t consistent and weren’t supplied with a bath mat. £10 per day charge for car parking but overall really lovely hotel & staff. "

"Lovely 4 star hotel on the lake. Room was spacious and clean. Food was excellent in the bistro and breakfast. One of the best cooked to order full English ever. Food Service was first rate. Lobby area and external of the building needed some TLC… the reception staff could been more friendly more like the bistro, breakfast and cleaning staff.
