"Good location close to the centre of Worcester.
Accommodation was clean and of a good standard for the price. The Fleming suite entrance was right next to the communal front door which you could hear when opened. Our room would have benefitted with a door chain which was missing or a bolt to make the property feel more secure.
Overall we had a good stay and would stay again in future. "
"When we arrived the room was fine on further inspection it turned out that the TV wasn't connected to the Internet which took me ages to work out using time I could of used exploring, the room could use a lick of paint it's quiet tired looking and a hand rail would of been handy for getting into and out of the shower also the stairs upto the room are quite steep but other than that it's OK and convenient for the local attractions. "
"This was easily the best place we’ve stayed all of our honeymoon! The staff were so sweet, room was beautiful and had an amazing view - breakfast was great and the bar was top notch as well! Definitely hope to make it out this way and stay here again "

"Lovely room, well situated in a vibrant area, decent shower, tea/coffee in the room. We were in room 15 overlooking the garden of the cocktail bar downstairs, with the window close we could not hear any noise, the soundproofing was great. A lot of effort has gone into the rooms if they are all this good. There is a lighting problem in the communal area as you come down the stairs but we have torches on our phones so it wasn't an issue. We'd happily stay here again."
"This property is exceptional, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, safe room, water provided every day, lovely staff, great food, we had beautiful breakfasts every morning of our 4 nights stay & dined in the restaurant 1 night, we had a room with a lovely view of the Severn, my only gripe is that the rooms are very warm, a fan was provided which helped a bit. "Lovely hosts - friendly and helpful. Bright, airy and very clean. Comfy bed. Loved the flapjack in the fridge! It was a very hot petiod in July - so did need fan on all night - and they had thought to have it on before we arrived. Parking space was a real bonus! "
