"Bank Cottage was a great spot for our family to stay the weekend. We loved the spot on the river and the garden was safe for our little ones. We didn’t have to worry about anyone falling in the Severn!
The cooking and dining facilities were fine and we enjoyed the sitting area overlooking the patio. The sitting room at the back of the property was rather dark and we didn’t use it but I can imagine it being a cosy space in winter.
As mentioned by a previous guest there was a smell of oil/fuel...
"Stayed in room 5 absolutely loved the character of the room . The en-suite bathroom was fine albeit very cramped in the shower cubicle
Breakfast was very strange - think we stayed when all the staff were off - other guests did comment on how good it had been the day before but we were a bit disappointed with cold offerings & very slow service however we would stay again if in the atea

"This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too.
I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. But if you use the casino or shopping or food, its £3.00 or free. So it doenst make sense. Apart from the parking in VIP needing work. I would recommend this hotel and its facilities. "
"Absolutely loved the cleaner, I think her name was Katrina. She was so friendly, she cleaned my room very fast, ensured I had everything fresh & asked if she could be of anymore help in anyway (which was very appreciated, although I didn’t need anything). The hotel itself was immaculate, I really enjoyed my stay here. "
