"Met the host at Verona airport and driven to accomadation. On the way host was pointing out places of interest, though a communications inbalce as we didnt speak German or Dutch. We got by At the property we meet Anna the hosts wife where both my partner and her manage the language barrier through speaking french. "This was our second time staying at this property - last time was 4 years ago. I have to say the property was just as perfect as it was the first time. We were late checking in as our flight was delayed. This wasn't a problem with the staff at all. The apartment was immaculate with a spectacular view. The pool area is spotless and quiet. There were a nice few restaurants and bars all within walking distance. A lovely quiet village. Would highly recommend. We will be back"

"Nice modern villa, only a couple of minutes walk to the lake at Cisano. Clean and well maintained, fully equipped kitchen and lots of towels provided. Nice secure underground parking which we used for our hire car, and a lovely clean pool. You must empty the bins which is a little trip up the hill, we just took ours at the end in our car but just bear that in mind. "We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! "

"The apartment is spacious and has a fabulous water view. But It is difficult to get into and out of. The great room is a wonderful size, but the ONLY light is a fixture above the table.
