We booked 5 nights based on pics we saw but the online booking only booked that room for 3 nights and then a different room for 2 nights. "The pictures you see online do not show how this place actually looks. Pretty old inside and difficult to get around. Reception closes before check in so you have to call and open a random safe to get your keys. They give you a piece of paper to try to figure out how to get around the hotel. Only way to find your room is through lettering posted in the elevator and those actually broke the day we were there. Rooms were average, area is a bit older and very inconvenient way of checking in. "

"We absolutely loved our stay here! Nice, friendly staff. The location couldn't have been better. The improvements that could be made are: 1. staircase access. Sometimes it took quite a while for the elevators to come. We were on 2nd floor so it'd been nice if we could just walk up or down a level rather than having to use the elevator. 2. More dishwashing liquid and laundry powders for people who are staying longer. "
