"We came in late and left early, we were on tour and booked it as a place to clean up and sleep then get back on the road. The photos aren't inaccurate, but it's kind of rough. The photos should speak for themselves; for example the sign talks about homelessness, hanging on the porch, doing drugs, etc, all saying that you will be ejected immediately for violating the rules and if you are offended, "deal with it." "I received an email the night before my check in at 10 PM stating that my reservation was canceled due to the host double booking. Not even an apology or the word “sorry” was included. I was unable to get another VRBO on such short notice in the area I needed to be in. When I responded to her email with questions about other possible apartments available for rent in this mansion she never responded. Period."

"Pros: easy walking distance to both Lambertville and New Hope. Home was comfortable and large enough to accommodate us. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and necessary eating needs, except coffee cups. Home, including bathroom was clean, beds were comfy. Cons: while nothing was catastrophic, a few things could be fixed. The code to enter was wrong and took a couple calls and an email to gain access. "The host Lou was supper helpful and provided us with many places all around the area. The apt was clean and well kept. Parking was not an issue. Would defiantly stay here again!"

"The description of the property was accurate and felt clean when I moved in. The kitchen was fairly bare bones so for longer stays a bit challenging to cook and local restaurant options were not great. It was nice that there was a TV in both bedroom and living room and that there was access to a gym."
