The modern kitchen and dining area, located on the lower ground floor, is fully equipped with all essentials, including cookware, crockery, and a coffeemaker, as well as a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining table seats six comfortably, creating the perfect setting for gatherings. Complimentary tea, coffee, and cooking basics are provided, so feel free to settle in and enjoy.

Step directly from the kitchen into the private, sunny garden featuring a small fountain, outdoor seating, and ambient night lights, creating an inviting space for al fresco dining or a quiet coffee.

The ground-floor living room provides a welcoming spot to unwind, with a plush sofa, armchair, footstool, Smart TV, and a collection of books. Large windows fill the room with natural light, and high-speed WiFi ensures a seamless experience for streaming or working remotely.

Each of the three bedrooms is light and spacious. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed that can be split into two singles and large doors opening onto a Juliet balcony, adding a touch of elegance.
