Queens Gardens is the perfect home away from home, suitable for couples, families and small groups. This cosy Victorian cottage has recently been renovated to a high standard throughout, to ensure guests have the most comfortable, hotel-like stay - in the centre of Brighton’s North Laine (in terms of location, it doesn’t get better than this!) The property also comes with the added benefit of a FREE secure parking space, just a 3-5 minute walk away.

The property is located in the lively, creative buzz of Brighton’s North Laine. The location boasts friendly independent shops, wonderful galleries and an ample choice of cafes, pubs and restaurants. It’s known to be the coolest neighbourhood in the city - guests will never be bored in this location, thats for certain!
All of Brighton’s attractions can be located within easy reach on foot from the property making the need for a car, or any other means of transport, redundant. We suggest guests take a stroll along to the Royal Pavillion and the Museum & Art Gallery, both a 5 minute walk from the property. Guest will also find The Komedia Cinema in the centre of the North Laine, the Theatre Royal, the Dome and Corn Exchange also a few minutes from the property where there is a choice of world class fine art, dance and music.
Brighton Beach, pier and the seafront arches are a short 10/15 minute walk from the property. The seafront arches offer a bohemian and eclectic mix of small workshops and studios, many of them have been converted into bars and joined Brighton’s thriving club scene.

Guests have the entire apartment to themselves for the duration of their stay.
The house comprises two beautifully furnished and decorated bedrooms. The master hosts a king-size bed and the second a double. All beds are made up with hotel quality linen, duvets and pillows, and we leave all guests fresh towels and a set of toiletries for their stay. Guests will also find two powerful hairdryers in the property - one in each bedroom - so you have less to add into your luggage!
The living area has a luxury corner sofa with a LG smart TV (guests are welcome to use their own log in details to log into the Apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime) - the perfect place for guests to relax after a day of exploring. The dining area hosts a beautiful wooden dining table with seating for four. There’s also a separate desk and chair for those who need to do a little work during their stay.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, Bosch induction hob) and all the crockery, utensils, pots, pans and glassware you could need to host a wonderful dinner party. You’ll find a top-loading washing machine in the cupboard under the stairs along with an ironing board, iron and clothes airer.
The bathroom boasts a spacious walk-in shower. Guests will find a few complementary toilet rolls under the sink.
Lastly, there is a charmingly quaint outside space with a little table and chairs, perfect for guests to have their morning coffee and plan their adventurous day ahead!

Travelling by car: Guests are welcome to use the secure parking space located a short 3-5 minute walk from the property (Frederick Street). Guests will find full information on how to find the parking space, including a photo of the parking space, in the digital Welcome Guide. This secure parking space is a rare find in Brighton and will save guests around £18.50 per day (as per local parking charges). Please note, this secure parking space will only suit medium/small cars. Full dimensions of the parking space to follow.
If you are travelling with more than one car, the closest and cheapest place to park is Trafalgar Street carpark. The entrance is on Blackman Street, BN1 4DZ. They charge £18.50 per 24 hours. It’s a 4 minute walk away from the property.
Travelling by train: The property is a short 5-8 minute walk from Brighton station.
Getting around: Due to the central location of the property the best way to explore Brighton is on foot. If you want to visit some of Brightons other attractions which may be a little further there are lots of buses to catch a short walk from the property. We also have bike share’s set up in Brighton where you can hop on and off rented bikes.
