"Pros: Anne at reception really made a difference when checking in. The staff at the sands bar during breakfast were really attentive. The newly renovated bar & pool have great aesthetics. There are many dining options around the hotel. The view of the sunrise was amazing from the room. Cons: The New Year policy during our stay was new & surprised me with the amount of the deposit being asked and they only advised me when i arrived. The fridge in the room smelt a little.
