"Perfect place to stay for our event at the RNA showgrounds being an easy walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful with our request to park the cars early. They even managed to have our room ready early so we could drop off our bags before heading to our event. The room was clean and spacious and although the bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked we would definitely stay here again. "

"It was close to everything in the city and easy to get around. The only negative is the second bedroom down. The corridor is too far away from the air-conditioner very warm and hot down that corridor."

"The penthouse was lovely and views on the balcony were great. The whole place is a fantastic size and photos are true to how the penthouse is. It is only a few minutes to the bus and also only a short stroll to woollies and bottle shops. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans and the ovens are truly amazing. There is coffee machines and the bedrooms are very comfortable. 2 queen beds and a king bed worked great for our family of 4. I would highly recommend this place and Hazel was...

"Check in process was awful. Room was fine, probably would book personally with the hotel next time instead of with Serain. Parking was not available so had to park off site "
