"This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Do not miss the spa- it is wonderful (steam/sauna and comfy chaise chairs). Our room was clean, the mattress comfortable, and the bathroom had both a tub and shower. Great location in the heart of Bruges - minutes from the main square restaurants and canal boat rides. Not far from the train station however we took Uber due to the cobblestone streets and sidewalks. I would stay here again in an instant!"

"Our stay at Hotel Navarra was wonderful! It is in a great location, just a quick 4 minute walk to the main square. Although it is on a busy road, they provide earplugs if you are sensitive to noise when sleeping like I am. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained for a historic building, and has a lovely garden we utilized at night to enjoy some drinks and the nice summer weather. Bonus for the on-site parking and the helpful and courteous staff! Would recommend Hotel Navarra to anyone visiting Brugge."

"Excellent hotel staff very helpful professional and efficient. Don’t worry if you don’t get a limited parking space. There is an excellent underground parking two minutes drive from the back of the hotel which is half the price of the hotels parking "

"Great location in the heart of Bruges a boutique hotel that offers charming facilities with very good standard and personal attentive service. Excellent extensive breakfast buffet with hot and cold choices served in a lovely dining room using quaint delicate crockery. We felt the Terrace area on the side of the canal was spoilt somewhat by the co-location of tourist boats and lines of tourists waiting to embark. Overall a very nice experience if a little overly expensive for what is on offer!"

"This hotel is an historic building dating from the 1400's. It has served in many capacities over the centuries but has been beautifully updated for modern use. There is no nearby parking, however. If you park on the street it is very expensive; there are with more reasonable lots with a daily rate about an 8-12 minute walk away. "

"Hotel stay was wonderful! The staff were excellently trained and the facilities were immaculate. I stayed in the "Residence" section which was a few steps away from the main hotel. The Residence section is not "manned" but the main hotel front desk was only a 1 min walk away. I for one enjoyed staying in the more secluded, peaceful and quiet Residence section. The beauty about this property was that despite being only steps away from the main city center (food and shopping) in Bruges, you felt like you were in a small palace on the Belgium countryside. The main hotel really looks and feels like a palace and the ambience was indeed palatial. I was especially impressed with the courtyard garden in the back of the hotel, where I spent many hours reading and soaking up the serene and well manicured environs. The one negative comment about the hotel was the foul smell that seems to sporadically effuse from the vent in my room. Everything else however was immaculate. "
